Passionate about solving design challenges, turning chaos into clarity, creating, making things work better, and always learning something new (like Egyptian hieroglyphs).
These days, I live in sunny Spain with my family.
Experience
In my 5 years at VK Tech, I designed complex flows and high-density interfaces for multiple B2B fintech products, contributed to shaping product vision and strategy, elevated product and design culture, create a design-system, built a design team, and grew into a lead role. Also:
Helped VK Tax Compliance become a top solution (CNews 2024) and the choice of 300+ companies across 12 industries (2020 – 2025)
Shipped major features for VK Process Mining, improving usability and efficiency (2022 – 2025)
Led end-to-end 0→1 design for VK Data Symphony, a product for data management and reporting, and a mobile app for executives to analyse and visualise financial performance (2022 – 2023)
Led end-to-end 0→1 design for VK GRC, a product for managing internal control systems, including complex flows, interfaces, interactive prototypes and user research (2023 – 2024)
Led end-to-end 0→1 design for VK Budgeting, a product for automating financial reporting and calculations, including complex OLAP cube interfaces and UX testing (2024 – 2025)
Built a scalable design system with backend-driven templates and automated Figma-to-code generation, reducing delivery time 6× and eliminating handoff errors (2022 – 2025)
Improved product culture by introducing user-centred design, design sprints, and better design-to-dev handoff; trained the product team in modern CX frameworks (CJM, User Flows, JTBD) to raise product quality (2020 – 2025)

Teaching & Mentoring
I’m also passionate about sharing knowledge. I’ve spent 150+ hours mentoring junior and mid-level designers, regularly speak in the Sheeep community (with 5,500+ members), and created an online course on Whiteboard Challenge and an intensive program on B2B product design.
Education
I’m passionate about lifelong learning and truly believe that no knowledge ever goes to waste. My next big dream is to pursue a PhD in design 🙃
